Melanie is the founder and co-editor of The Faoileánach Journal. She is a writer and poet from Tacoma, Washington. She believes that theopneustos magazine will fill a long-running gap in faith-based magazines in the literary world.

The theopneustos magazine is committed to social justice, gender equality, equality for the LGBTQIA+ community, affordable access to healthcare for all, decolonization of indigenous land, and solidarity with those suffering due to war and strife around the world.

She believes this is the way Jesus taught us to spread his Gospel.
